I have been active in Lathrop real estate since the 1980's when the small unincorporated community struggled along the path to becoming San Joaquin County's seventh incorporated city. I have been active in the appraisal of Lathrop's largest residential communities including Woodbridge (Valley Haven), Stonebridge and Mossdale Landing. I have also been the appraiser for the Manteca Unified School District in the valuation of school sites in the Lathrop community.

Lathrop provides a widge range of housing opportunities and is the only community in south San Joaquin County that provides opportunities to buy a single family home for under $225,000.

I am also the exclusive appraiser for the Manteca Unified School District in the acquisition of school sites in the school district, which includes all of Weston Ranch. I earned the respected MAI designation (Member of the Appraisal Institute) in 1984 and I am also a member of the ASA (American Society of Appraisers).

In addition to my real estate appraisal experience, I also have considerable training and experience in business valuation. I am a lifetime member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA).
