Company Profile

We have been active in Lathrop real estate since the 1980's, when the small town was an unincorporated community. As an appraiser Steve Clark has provided valuation services to both the City of Lathrop and the Manteca Unified School District. He has also appriased on several occasions the largest residential developments in the communities of Woodbridge (Valley Haven), Stonebridge and Mossdale Landing.
