Frank Cavaco has resided in Lathrop for 22 years. During that time he founded Lathrop/French Camp Little League, which later split into their own individual leagues now known as Lathrop LL and Weston Ranch LL. Frank was also on the Incorporation Committee that changed the town of Lathrop into its own city. He has worked at Lathrop Community Center as Program Director, which started the Youth Activity Club now known as Kids Club. He was also on the Lathrop Boys & Girls Club Committee comprised of community leaders and successfully implemented the program into City of Lathrop, and was Director for 6 years. Frank also started the local newspaper the Lathrop RUSH, which he still publishes. Frank has been a member of the Kiwanis, Rotary, Chamber and charter member of the Lions Club. He also coached baseball at the Lathrop High School for two years.

Frank Cavaco is also on the Lathrop Days Committee, which is now Lathrop Celebration Committee and within this committee he implemented South County Idol, Talent Show, Service Clubs Softball Challenge and Adult Slow-Pitch Softball Tournament (all with the great help from the Candelaria Family).

Frank has been a Realtor now for 10 years and is still trecking forward. He has been told from clients and other Realtors that his best trait is his honesty.
